Sometimes we get really mad—like when someone takes our toy or things don’t go our way. That’s okay! Anger is a big feeling, but it doesn’t have to stay. You can take deep breaths, count to ten, squeeze a pillow, or talk to someone you love. It helps to say how you feel. Little by little, the anger goes away—and then you can feel calm and happy again.
